Refund policy
Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER date]
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.
Digital content: when that right ends
Our revision material is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. At checkout we ask you to agree that access starts immediately after payment and to acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. Without that consent, you cannot complete the purchase.
When we will still refund you
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- The material you paid for is not available or does not work, and we cannot fix it.
- [PLACEHOLDER: any goodwill policy, for example if you have not opened any paid topic yet.]
How refunds work
Payments are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method. When a purchase is refunded, access to the material it unlocked is removed.
How to ask
Email support@example.com with your Polar order ID (from your receipt) and the email address on your account.
