Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of savemya** (the "platform"), operated by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name and address] ("we", "us").

1. What we offer

The platform sells revision material (study notes, flashcards, a glossary and practice quizzes) for courses taught at Maastricht University, starting with the International Business bachelor. Material is sold per course in two tiers, Standard and Plus, or as a bundle.

2. Independence

Independent study platform. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Maastricht University. Our material is written independently and is no substitute for the official course material, lectures or tutorials. We do not guarantee any exam result.

3. Your account

You need an account to buy and use paid material. Keep your sign-in email secure. Access is personal: do not share your account or redistribute the material.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, invoices and VAT. Prices are shown in euros. Upgrading from Standard to Plus is currently charged at the full Plus price.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

See our refund policy. In short: access to digital content starts immediately after payment, and by agreeing to that at checkout you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.

6. Acceptable use

• No copying, scraping, reselling or publishing of the material.
• No attempts to get around access controls.

7. Liability
